• Variable temperature during training – especially in spring and autumn, but also in certain locations (e.g. in the mountains, by the sea) the daytime temperature can fluctuate greatly. The change happens instantly – the mercury can jump by 10°C literally within an hour. Instead of putting a jacket on and taking it off, it will be more convenient to wear a gilet that ensures an optimal temperature.

• A race or a longer training session – if physical activity will be interrupted by periods of rest, an extra layer of clothing is necessary. Men’s running gilet – warmth and comfort

Choosing the ideal men’s running gilet requires taking several important issues into account. Pay particular attention to the following parameters:

• Material – the gilet should be made from natural or synthetic fibres with thermoregulatory properties, which additionally do not absorb moisture, wick sweat to the outside and dry quickly.

• Cut – choose a running gilet that fits fairly snugly to the body but does not restrict movement. A longer back to protect the lower back is recommended.

• Wind resistance and water resistance – remember that a gilet will not shield you from heavy rain and wind, and it won’t protect the shoulders either, but it will be the first line of protection. It’s enough for training during light showers or for reaching shelter before you get soaked.

• Additional features – pay attention to details that will make your training safer and more enjoyable. A good running gilet should have pockets and reflective elements to make you more visible.
