Did you know that sewing men's cycling sets is an important part of our company's history? The ATTIQ advisors (ATTIQ Team) are athletes, with a sizeable group being cyclists – they suggest what to introduce into regular sale, in which variants, with which solutions. But from the beginning: at ATTIQ you'll find men's cycling clothing sets designed and sewn in Poland. We use materials sourced exclusively from the European Union.
We sew men's cycling sets from thermoactive materials – they provide not only thermal comfort, but also maximum breathability. Our designs (jersey and shorts set) consist of three panels: front (moisture-wicking), side (quick-drying mesh) and rear (sewn from quick-drying material, giving a pleasant cooling sensation on the back).
Cycling jersey: we've sewn pockets into it, including waterproof ones – they'll easily hold what you always want to have with you: gels, keys, cards, cash, etc. We also decided to sew in a long YKK zip – thanks to this solution, taking the jersey off and putting it on is quicker and easier, and it's also possible to unzip it while riding. Under the zip we sewed in a flap so it doesn't touch the body directly and protects the skin from chafing.
Cycling trousers: to make them we used compression lycra – a material that, through muscle compression, increases their efficiency and protects them from micro-injuries, and also speeds up tissue recovery. At the end of the legs we sewed in a non-compressive cuff finished with silicone on the inside (spot-applied) – the trousers don't ride up or shift while riding. We finished the inside with soft (really soft!) mesh, and the braces – with an elastic binding safe for the skin (doesn't cause chafing). In the shorts we sew in gel inserts.
Men's cycling clothing sets that you can buy in our shop are sets of sports clothing. Exactly – SPORTS. This means that their design, pattern making, sewing and testing are handled by people who live in the world of sport every day. We create clothing from materials that we discover and buy at European trade fairs; we use fabrics and knits with certificates. Finished designs are handed over for testing to athletes from the ATTIQ Team, and only after their approval (and it isn't easy to get) do we introduce the product or (which also often happens) – introduce improvements and refinements to it. In addition to shorts + top sets, you can also pick up men's shorts consisting of two layers not permanently connected, including the body-hugging one with a gel insert. In the outer layer we sewed in waist adjustment, a pocket and reflective elements; in the inner layer we focused on skin protection, thigh compression, ventilation and a well-chosen insert.
