Payments and Delivery

Delivery of the ordered goods is carried out via:

The Seller is responsible for the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods until the Consumer receives them, unless the Consumer chose a different delivery method than those proposed by the Seller. Delivery of the ordered goods takes place within the territory of the Republic of Poland or abroad. If the Customer wishes to place an order to be delivered outside the borders of the Republic of Poland, the Customer should contact ATTIQ by email at: sklep@attiq.pl or by phone at: + 48 507 365 832 in order to individually agree the terms of fulfilling such an order, including in particular the costs of delivery of the products covered by such an order. NOTE! ATTIQ does not send cash on delivery shipments abroad (paid in cash on receipt). The cost of postal shipment is shown in the basket when selecting the transport method. If the shipment is not delivered within 14 days from the date of posting, please urgently contact ATTIQ by email at: sklep@attiq.pl or by phone at: +48 507 365 832. In the case of delivery via a courier company, domestic delivery takes place within two working days from the time of dispatch. In the event of the addressee being absent from home, a card is left providing information on where and when the shipment can be collected or a further delivery can be ordered. The courier is obliged to make 3 attempts to deliver the shipment (on 3 consecutive Working Days). If the courier shipment is not delivered within 3 working days, please urgently contact ATTIQ by email at: sklep@attiq.pl or by phone at: + 48 507 365 832. If, upon receipt of the shipment, it turns out that the shipment is damaged, the tape has been tampered with or shows signs of opening, interference with the contents, please, in the presence of the deliverer (postman, post office employee, courier), draw up a damage report without accepting the goods. Drawing up a report is not a condition for submitting a complaint or exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.

Payment methods

Payment for the ordered products (including the value of the products + the shipping cost indicated in the auction description) can be made:

  • in cash — in the case of delivery of the order via Poczta Polska, a freight forwarding company or another entity delivering shipments,
  • fast online transfer — (PayU, PayPal),
  • standard bank transfer — to the ATTIQ bank account indicated in the Basket.

ATTIQ enables electronic payments for ordered products using the system offered by PayU Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Poznań, registered by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under No. 0000274399, NIP 779-23-08-495.

The costs related to making the payment are provided on the order page/email confirming the order and are included in the final order price. For using a particular payment method, the seller may not require the consumer to pay a fee exceeding the costs incurred by the seller on this account.

If the seller's bank account is not credited with the amount due within 3 days from the date of order approval, the contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller is terminated.
