Dear Runner, Cyclist, Athlete, Customer
Dear Runner, Cyclist, Athlete, Customer — like any other item, ATTIQ clothing can also get damaged, worn out, or simply come apart. It happens. So let’s lift the veil a little and take a look at what may go wrong.
Loose stitching — sometimes it happens that we pull harder on the waistband of shorts or tug harder on a shirt and... the thread gives way. During the finishing of each of our products, we try to secure the vulnerable places where the stitching may come undone. But each of us is different, we put on shirts differently, we stretch sweatshirts in different places. If this has happened, contact us and we will help solve the problem.
Pilled shirt or sweatshirt — we sew Attiq garments from technical fabrics. We make every effort to ensure that all the materials we choose meet your expectations, meaning the clothes are breathable, quick-drying, ventilating, moisture-wicking, elastic, thermally insulating, and comfortable against the skin even after very long races. For a fabric to have such properties, special fibers must be used. These fibers are thinner and more delicate than standard ones used, for example, in a cotton T-shirt. When rubbed, for example, by backpack straps or a hip belt, the shirt or sweatshirt may pill (the fibers break). To prevent this, pay attention to how well your backpack, camelbag, or hip belt fits your body during exercise, running, or cycling. The looser the equipment is, the greater the friction during activity, and the clothing may be damaged. This is mechanical and irreversible damage. Adjust your equipment to your body so that backpacks, straps, and belts fit as closely as possible — this minimizes the possibility of damaging the clothing.
Also pay attention to how you protect your clothing during washing. Always wash clothing on a delicate cycle, at a low temperature, with minimal spinning, and never together with items that have Velcro, straps, or buckles that may damage the clothing during washing.
