Terms and Conditions of the ATTIQ online store newsletter
effective from 1 December 2021
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Newsletter service.
The Newsletter service is provided by Attiq, Chabówka 94A, 34-720 Chbówka, holding tax identification number NIP: 735 225 00 82, Regon number: 120611482, BDO: 000030990, hereinafter referred to as “Attiq”.

The office is open Monday to Friday 9.00 -17.00 (charged as a standard telephone call, in accordance with the tariff package of the operator whose services you use).
As part of the Newsletter service, via e-mail, to the e-mail address provided by the User (e-mail address), Attiq sends information in the form of an electronic letter (e-mail), hereinafter referred to as the “Newsletter”. The Newsletter service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period.
The Newsletter contains information about Attiq’s product offer, new collections, current promotions, and other news concerning Attiq and the products it offers, including opinions, press materials, links to websites friendly with Attiq.
The Newsletter is sent no more frequently than every seven days.

Each Newsletter contains:
information about Attiq as the sender of the Newsletter,
a completed “Subject” field defining the content of the Newsletter,
information on how to unsubscribe from the Newsletter service for the User to whom the Newsletter is sent.

Use of the Newsletter service
Use of the Newsletter service depends on the User having a computer or other multimedia device with Internet access and having an active e-mail account.
Ordering the Newsletter service takes place by the User performing the following registration activities on the website www.attiq.net:
providing the User’s e-mail address in the form placed on the website, which is tantamount to consenting to receive commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means, to the e-mail address provided in the form, and accepting these Terms and Conditions,
pressing (clicking) the “SUBSKRYBUJ” button,
clicking the registration confirmation link included in the electronic message sent by Kazar entitled “Witamy w Newsletterze Kazar”.
Pressing (clicking) the registration confirmation link results in adding the User’s e-mail address to the mailing list. The User’s e-mail address will be used to send Newsletters to the User.
Providing the User’s e-mail address in the form during the registration activities is necessary to provide the Newsletter service. Providing areas of interest in the form is used to determine the User’s profile and allows the content of the Newsletter to be tailored to their needs.

Privacy protection
The controller of the Users’ personal data is Attiq, Jarosław Domałacny. The User may contact us by writing to: sklep@attiq.pl, Chabówka 94A, 34-720 Chabówka.
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer, whom the User may contact regarding the protection of their personal data and the exercise of their rights by writing to: jarek@attiq.pl
We process the User’s personal data in connection with participation in the Newsletter service.
Providing personal data and giving consent to participate in the Newsletter service is voluntary.
The legal basis for processing the User’s personal data is the consent given, and the processing of the User’s data takes place in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (i.e. Dz.U. 2020 poz. 344).
Personal data will be stored until the User withdraws consent.
We will not transfer Users’ personal data to other entities.
The User has the right to request access to their data and receive a copy of it, to rectify (correct) it, to transfer and delete it, as well as the right to restrict the processing of data.
In connection with our processing of personal data, the User has the right to object to the processing of the data, the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, and the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
Based on the User’s personal data, profiling will take place, i.e. on the basis of selected interests (women’s collection, men’s collection), we will present the User with selected offers that may be of interest to them. The User has the right at any time to object to the above activity by unsubscribing from the service.
The User may at any time, without giving a reason and without incurring costs, change the previously indicated e-mail address to which the Newsletter is sent or unsubscribe from the Newsletter service by clicking the “Newsletter” link placed in the footer of each Newsletter, entering their e-mail address in the appropriate field, and then selecting the “Wypisz się” button.
As part of the provision of the Newsletter service, the User is prohibited from providing and transmitting content of an unlawful nature.
§5
Complaints regarding the Newsletter service
Complaints regarding the Newsletter service may be submitted:

It is recommended that the complaint submission include in particular: a description of the matter to which the complaint relates, the e-mail address provided during registration for the Newsletter service and the e-mail address or correspondence address to which a response to the complaint is to be sent, if the User wishes to receive a response to the complaint by post or by e-mail to an address other than the e-mail address provided during registration for the Newsletter service, as well as the User’s preferred method of being informed about the manner of handling the complaint. The complaint will be considered and a response regarding the manner in which it was handled will be provided promptly, no later than within fourteen days from the date of submission of the complaint. The User will be informed about the manner of handling the complaint in accordance with the data indicated in the complaint submission. The above content regarding the complaint submission constitutes only an example which the User does not have to use and does not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended complaint description. In the event of any deficiencies in the submitted complaint, Attiq will ask the Customer to supplement them in accordance with the address data indicated in the complaint submission.
§6
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Attiq reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. We will inform Users about the content of amendments to the Terms and Conditions by placing on the website www.attiq.net/content/163-regulamin-newsletter a notice about the amendment to the Terms and Conditions, containing a list of changes to the Terms and Conditions, and by keeping this information on the website www.attiq.net/content/163-regulamin-newsletter for a period of at least 14 consecutive calendar days. The User will additionally be notified about the amendment to the Terms and Conditions by sending, via the Newsletter and to the e-mail address provided during registration, information containing a list of changes to the Terms and Conditions. Notification of the amendment to the Terms and Conditions will take place no later than 14 calendar days prior to the introduction of the amended Terms and Conditions.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall take effect on the date indicated together with the information about their amendment, but not earlier than after 14 calendar days from the time of informing about the amendments to the Terms and Conditions, with the proviso that the amended Terms and Conditions will bind the User unless, within 14 days from the day of receiving information about the amendment, the User declares that they resign from the Newsletter service in the event of non-acceptance of the new content of the Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge at www.attiq.net/content/163-regulamin-newsletter in a form that enables obtaining, reproducing and recording the content of these Terms and Conditions using the ICT system used by the User. Recording, securing and making available the content of the agreement concerning the Newsletter service takes place by sending to the Customer, to the e-mail address provided as part of registration, the content of the concluded agreement.
