For the seventh time, instead of Black Friday discounts, we’re offering you repair of damaged products from our brand‼️
We want you, instead of buying a new item, to choose the option of repairing the one that still has a chance to get back in the game.
Who remembers our first campaign? Some of you have already got used to the fact that at some point the long-awaited November will come and you’ll pull forgotten clothes from the bottom of the wardrobe..
Maybe you also have one of our products that you bought one, two or maybe 10 years ago!! Maybe you don’t use it because something happened to it, and overall it’s a really good item... if only it weren’t for that minor problem...
What if we repaired it, replaced a damaged zip, “patched” that little hole, re-stitched a damaged seam? Let’s do it!
Send us your trousers, T-shirt, jacket that is from our company. It doesn’t matter when and where you bought it, that the labels were cut off long ago, that mum washed your white T-shirt with red socks and now it can only be used for carrying potatoes down to the cellar, and your wife said she won’t be seen with you anywhere if you wear it again... But you simply like that T-shirt!
We don’t need a receipt or any proof of purchase. We will repair a damaged zip, a torn seam, and we’ll try to disguise holes that may have occurred e.g. during a fall. And again, we’ll do it for you completely free of charge. It always gives us great joy when our clothing gets back in the game. Attention, now it’s going to get serious!! Remember! don’t forget to wash it beforehand!
And now the specifics:
1. We only repair ATTIQ products
2. Don’t look for the receipt - we don’t need it.
3. Fill in the form for repair and describe in it what you want repaired (Damage not described in the form will not be repaired). Without a completed form we will not undertake the repair.
4. Don’t forget to wash the products before shipping and dry them. Damp, dirty clothing, clothing with unpleasant odours or with animal hair will not be repaired and will be sent back to you at your expense.
5. In the form, provide all contact details needed to send the repaired items back.
6. We cover the cost of repair and return shipping.
7. We will carry out the repair as quickly as possible. Due to the increased workload in December, the repair may take up to 60 days.
8. We reserve the right to refuse a repair if it turns out to be technically impossible or the clothing arrives dirty and damp.
9. You can send the parcel to us only until 12 December 2025. After this date we stop accepting parcels as part of #akcjireperacji.

11. As part of the repair campaign, we do not take in, shorten or alter clothing to a different size.
12. Pilled, bobbled clothing is not eligible for repair.
13. We will not be able to restore dyed clothing to its original colour.
