Men's Merino Longsleeve 3D-Zone Intensa

One of the key items in the Intensa collection, and a piece linking running, urban outdoor and outdoor, is clothing made from merino wool, which thanks to its properties is ideal for any form of activity as well as everyday city wear.

Merino is a high-grade wool obtained from merino sheep. Merino fibres are characterised by above-average protective properties in adverse weather conditions.

A few words about how merino fibres work and why they are so exceptional. Wool fibres are soft and very thin, which means they can twist tightly. The twisting of the fibres creates a huge number of small air pockets in which air is trapped, and as we know, air is an excellent heat insulator. In this way, we use our own energy and keep warm with the heat produced by our body. Merino wool is an excellent temperature regulator. Besides maintaining a comfortable temperature when needed (keeping you warm), on warm days it wicks away excess moisture (in the form of vapour). Thanks to this, the skin stays dry and does not overheat.

Merino fibres are also characterised by high breathability, i.e. wicking moisture and sweat away. Thanks to the fact that merino fibres are porous, moisture can distribute evenly on them and then be pushed outwards. This is why clothing made from merino wool fibres retains heat even when damp. Thanks to these properties, in merino wool clothing you do not feel an unpleasant chill both during intense effort and after a moment of stopping, e.g. when you put on a backpack over a sweaty back or start moving after a short break.

Using nature’s gift from merino sheep and the innovativeness of polyester fibres, we decided to create for you a versatile, lightweight Longsleeve Merino 3D-Zone INTENSA running top. In this case, our designers opted for minimalism and simplicity, which guarantee comfort and functionality. The classic cut with raglan sleeves ensures the top fits any figure (with less or more developed shoulders) and allows the top to be used as a first layer (directly on the body) or a second layer. The men's running top has a small zip pocket that allows you to store small items.
On the inside, the men's long-sleeved sports top has a 2D structure. Merino wool and polyester fibres have been interwoven in such a way as to create tiny, spatial squares, between which channels are formed to facilitate sweat evaporation and increase air microcirculation.

Due to its thermal properties, we also recommend the men's longsleeve top for trekking trips, ski touring, climbing and skiing.
