Men's Primaloft Intensa jacket belongs to the group of classic winter jackets with synthetic insulation. Seemingly nothing special, but anyone who has ever had the pleasure of testing clothing with synthetic down (e.g. Alpha Polartec insulation, Primaloft) knows its value and advantages.

Warm Primaloft Intensa jacket is made from a 3-layer material - the outer and inner layers are RIP-STOP, the middle layer is Primaloft Silver Eco insulation.

Before we present the performance features of the Primaloft Intensa jacket, it is worth saying a few words about the Primaloft Silver Eco insulation itself, which is the heart of the jacket. Primaloft insulation is a man-made creation designed to imitate the advantages of duck and goose down while completely eliminating the drawbacks of natural down (absorbing and retaining moisture). Synthetic insulation is a fluffy and resilient non-woven fabric whose structure resembles cotton wool. It contains micro-gaps that trap air, thanks to which we are protected from the cold.

Synthetic insulation PrimaLoft Eco works similarly to natural down in terms of insulation. The micro-gaps of synthetic down effectively trap warmed air, i.e. the heat produced by the body. In addition, Primaloft Eco maintains a high level of breathability and compressibility and dries quickly. The thermal insulation layer is durable, does not clump and does not shift during use.

Primaloft Silver Eco does not absorb excessive water, and even when wet it still retains its insulating properties. In addition, the synthetic fibres of the insulation are capable of producing high surface tension, which allows for additional water repellency and even faster drying.

Primaloft Silver Eco will be particularly appealing to people who care about the natural environment, because as much as 70% of the production of this type of insulation uses plastic bottles. The remaining 30% are virgin fibres, which create a soft, breathable and thermally efficient insulating layer. PrimaLoft Silver ECO is as light as a feather and provides warmth and cosiness as well as anti-allergenic properties (resistance to fungi and bacteria).

On the inside and outside, the Primaloft insulation has been protected with RIP-STOP, whose fibres reinforced crosswise and lengthwise give the jacket mechanical durability. RIP-STOP has breathable, quick-drying, wind-resistant properties. The jacket has a very comfortable cut. A high stand-up collar transitioning into a hood forms a compatible part that protects the head from wind and cold. Two zippered pockets.
