A few words about how merino fibres work and why they are so special. The wool fibres are soft and very fine, which means they can be tightly crimped. The crimping of the fibres creates a huge number of small air pockets that trap air, and as we know, air is an excellent heat insulator. In this way we use our own energy and keep warm with the heat produced by our bodies. Besides keeping a comfortable temperature when needed (warming), on warm days men’s leggings draw away excess moisture (as vapour). Merino wool clothing retains warmth even when damp. Thanks to these properties, in merino wool clothing you do not feel an unpleasant chill both during intense effort and after a short stop.

Polyester fibres are technical fibres responsible for breathability and fast drying. They also increase the durability of the wool fibres and prevent them from losing shape.

Merino wool and polyester fibres have been intertwined in such a way as to create small 3D squares, between which channels are formed to aid sweat evaporation and increase air microcirculation.

The low fabric weight of the Men’s Merino Lightweight 3D-Zone Intensa leggings– 162g/m2 makes it possible to use them primarily as a first layer (directly against the skin). On the body side the leggings have a 2D structure.

The leggings are very light and gently stretchy, and the wool fibres make them very pleasant to the touch and against the skin. At the waist, the leggings have a non-compressive, elastic waistband. All of this makes the Merino Lightweight 3D-Zone Intensa leggings comfortable and versatile.
