Men’s Sleeveless Gilet Taiga Polartec Alpha – Gold

Polartec Alpha gilet consists of two parts: the main section – insulating the chest and back, and flexible inserts sewn into the sides – thanks to them it fits the body perfectly and moves with you. We have sewn in two really deep pockets fastened with a low-profile zip, plus a large internal one – it will fit a phone (this trick – keeping your phone close to your body – comes in handy during severe frosts, which reduce battery level). The gilet is finished with a stand collar that protects the neck and nape from the wind.

When creating the Polartec Alpha Gilet, we wanted to achieve the best possible warmth-to-weight ratio the material can offer. The outer part of the gilet (protecting the torso and back) is made from fabric produced using Ripstop technology (similar to what is used in the production of mountain hammocks and down jackets); the inside of the gilet is an elastic mesh filled with pleasant-to-the-touch insulating Polartec Alpha loft balls. The flexible side inserts are made from warm Thermo Pro knit that wicks moisture and adapts to the body’s movements.

We wanted the gilet to be suitable both for demanding mountain routes, running and cycling, and also to fit neatly into an urban-sport style. I think we’ve got it, right?

At ATTIQ, we believe it’s possible to create timeless clothing. We sew our collections so they pair well with sportswear in various colours and prints. ATTIQ clothing is made in our workshop in southern Poland. We sew using materials from the European Union.
