Women's running T-shirt Alfa Pro

The Alfa Pro women's running T-shirt is another piece in our minimalist sports collection. We made it with runners in mind, although our intuition tells us it will win a wider fan base.

The Alfa Pro is a running top with a cut somewhat similar to a cycling jersey – the common elements here are the zip, as well as a silicone strip and cuffs that hold the fabric in place on the body. We made it from three panels: front, back and a high-cut side panel (running all the way up under the arm). In the side panel we sewed in small, stretchy pockets finished with an elastic band with the ATTIQ logo. The roomy pockets will fit, for example, a wireless earphones case, an energy bar or a sachet of supplement. We finished the fitted sleeves of the Alfa top with a wide, soft cuff separated by a flat seam. The sections that separate the side and front parts of the top are shaped to visually contour the silhouette.

When choosing the zip, we wanted it to be soft and flexible – to match how the top feels on the body. Even so, it is sturdy and copes well with rapid unzipping while running – tugging, stretching, pressing, etc. We added a silicone puller to the slider to prevent it slipping from your hand when unzipping or zipping. At the bottom of the zip we applied a minimalist, contrasting pattern of stripes in different widths. That’s not the only detail – on the chest we stitched on a soft ATTIQ logo, and on the back we placed the words “break your limits” – a slogan that regularly appears on clothing and accessories in our collections.

At the bottom of the Alfa Pro top we sewed in a wide, openwork tape, coated with silicone on the inside – it prevents the fabric from shifting, keeps it close to the skin and is gentle on it: it doesn’t chafe or irritate, and thanks to the spot application of silicone, the skin can breathe freely.

The Alfa Pro running top is made from a lightweight sports fabric with MICROSENSE technology, which combines breathability, softness and lightness. When you hold it in your hands, you can feel it only because of the zip and the elastic at the bottom (and even these elements are relatively light). When worn, it creates a second-skin effect – it adapts to movement and, thanks to the openwork structure of the fabric, provides a pleasant cooling feel. The running top dries quickly and does not require any special care beyond the basics used for sportswear – so it can be a top for everyday training. Reflective elements on the back provide visibility.

We’ll admit honestly that the minimalist style of the Alfa Pro top – which stands out because of it – gives us a special fondness for it. We already know it is gladly chosen by those who, when building a sports wardrobe, prefer to be guided by aesthetic restraint and a sparing message. These qualities, along with solid workmanship and a well-thought-out cut, give our top timelessness, class and – if one can write this about sportswear – training elegance.
