Women’s Primaloft Intensa Sweatshirt

Primaloft Intensa sweatshirt belongs to the ATTIQ Intensa collection, designed for active people as well as those who appreciate sportswear in everyday life – urban outdoor.

When designing the women’s Primaloft Intensa sweatshirt, we wanted it to be multifunctional and combine all the advantages of a jacket and a sweatshirt. Dividing the sweatshirt into thermal zones (body mapping) allowed us to insulate the areas most exposed to cooling. Therefore, the women’s Intensa sweatshirt guarantees comfort both as an outer layer on spring and autumn days, and in colder conditions it can serve as a second layer under a warmer jacket.

For the production of the women’s Intensa sweatshirt we used the best materials. The quilted fabric used on the front and back is a three-layer material, where the outer and inner layers are RIP-STOP and the middle layer is Primaloft Silver Eco synthetic insulation.

RIP-STOP reinforces fibres crosswise and lengthwise, providing mechanical durability to the gilet. It also has the following properties: breathable, quick-drying and wind-resistant. Primaloft Silver Eco synthetic insulation is a fluffy and resilient non-woven fabric whose structure resembles wadding. It contains micro-gaps that trap air, protecting us from the cold. In terms of insulation, Primaloft works similarly to natural down. The micro-gaps of synthetic down effectively trap warmed air, i.e. the heat produced by the body.

In addition, Primaloft Eco maintains a high level of breathability and compressibility and dries quickly. The thermal insulation layer is durable, does not clump and does not shift during use. Primaloft Silver Eco does not absorb excessive water, and even when wet it still maintains its insulating properties. What’s more, the synthetic fibres of the insulation are able to generate high surface tension, which allows additional water beading and even faster drying.

Primaloft Silver Eco will be especially appreciated by people who care about the natural environment, because in the production of this type of insulation as much as 70% comes from plastic bottles. The remaining 30% is virgin fibres, which create a soft, breathable and thermally efficient insulating layer. Primaloft Silver ECO is feather-light and provides warmth and cosiness as well as anti-allergenic properties (resistance to fungi and bacteria).

To guarantee full comfort and fit, elements such as the side panels, sleeves and the back panel were designed using flexible, thermoactive Tecnostretch.

Tecnostretch enhances the thermal properties of the women’s sweatshirt and provides high thermal comfort, and thanks to the microfleece on the inside it insulates perfectly and retains heat on cool days. It also guarantees immediate moisture absorption and wicks it to the outside.

Functional solutions such as a high stand-up collar, 2 side pockets + 1 chest pocket with zip closure make this sweatshirt recommended for trekking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, ski touring, as well as for walking the dog, going to work or meeting friends.
